Some upgrades are needed however the staff at the desk were super friendly. Loved that there was water and cookies in our room (I'm assuming as we are platinum members). Only complaint is beyond the hotel control, there were alot of teenagers running to different rooms in the hallways and was very loud at 1030pm. Great breakfast selection and thank you for having brown sugar for the oatmeal!!
Have had family and friends stay here numerous times over last couple years.m, always too notch service. Latest experience with the current staff has been tremendous. Very friendly. Clean rooms, efficient check. Very accommodating. Highly recommend

The entire staff, from Lucky at the front desk, to housekeeping and the young lady that hosted the breakfasts, everyone was incredibly outgoing, friendly and helpful. We were more than impressed. The room was clean, very well priced and the location was great, next to the highway as well as the mall. Great value and even greater staff.
Overall Review: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right by the mall and close to lots of food options like Boston pizza, Wendy’s, Montana’s, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell. Everything you need is nearby, which made the stay very convenient. The hot tub is a bit small, but it’s comfortable and does the job well. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: • Great location near the mall and multiple restaurants • Friendly front desk staff • Pool and hot tub were a great bonus for comfort • Pool hours from 7 AM to 11 PM, which is rare and appreciated • Rooms were clean and comfortable • We had a room with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa • Pet-friendly (dog fee: $25 per day) • 24/7 coffee and hot/cold water available • Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but had everything needed • Late checkout options available • Until 1 PM: $25 • Until 3 PM: $75 (we used this and it was worth it) ⭐ Final Thoughts: Overall, this is a solid hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and nice amenities. The pool hours, pet-friendly policy, and convenience make it a great choice. I’d recommend it and would stay here again.
Stayed here with the CWE Wrestling Crew for two nights earlier this week. Great experience! Beds were super comfy. Absolutely loved the hot tub. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as well.
Positives are...room cleanliness and soft beds, location, price and efficient check in...Chris at the desk discretely handled a booking mistake I made! On the can be improved...hot tub is seldom hot, and the interior is looking a little tired...could use a face-lift...breakfast is good to great...sometimes you get ommlettes and bacon ...but fruit is hit or miss...we still like ya a lot...good job overall!
A great place for a quiet comfortable stay. Front desk staff were amazing, good breakfast, and a clean well maintained pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Convenient location just across from the mall, with several restaurant options in easy walking distance, even in bad weather.
